Solve : Loud GeForce 5500 FX fan?

Hi,

I recently got an XFX GeForce 5500 FX card.... It seems to run just fine, it's just that the card fan is high-pitched loud. I can hear it over the main fan in my computer.

Is there anyway I COULD MUFFLE the SOUND a bit without causing my whole computer to overheat?

You can also try Zalman.

There is nothing else to be DONE, standard fans make noise but come cheap.
