Answer» My computer is RUNNING on microsoft XP. When the computer is trying to boot an error pops up "Insufficient SYSTEM resources exist to COMPLETE API". I have TRIED to run the system in safe mode, but it CONTINUES to show this message, and the system restarts on its on over and over again. |
