Dells have this in , click Start> All Programs> Dell Accessories> Dell OS Recovery CD.. And use these to restore the laptop. If you are keeping the laptop, after you have reloaded and installed all the windows updates and your programs and setups. It's then a good idea to do a total system backup to a usb drive so if you ever need to reload again you you can save all the TIME needed to do updates etc.
