Solve : Making the left column extend to the bottom?

In the below site how can i make the left yellow bar containing those links extend to the lower part of the page.

At present there is a white space below the yellow bar and i WANT to omit that white space with that yellow color.

What Webpublishing application are you usingshouvik......Well , I just opened that page ..........with Front Page .........and with several keystrokes ....EXTENDED the field on the left which contains the links ....right down to the bottom......

I am not using any web publishing application.

I am using web designing.

Well the solution I have got.

I have to use this:

[size=16]<TD align="CENTER" height="100%" valign="TOP" style="width: 20%;" bgcolor="#ffcc99" >[/size]

instead of this:

[size=16]<TD WIDTH=20% ALIGN=CENTER VALIGN=DOWN>[/size]

I have not used frontpage. I know some amount of designing. ah so you like web coding
try OPENING it in MS FrontPage and design it in there and after copy the code from which you have trouble with and paste it in your webdesign
