Solve : Matsonic MS8308EP upgrade?

Will an Athlon XP 2400+ RUN on Matsonic MS8308EP and will it support 2 x 512MB sticks of PC133Mhz doublesided SDRAM?

I don't KNOW if the SDRAM being double sided is an issue.

I think it is a REVISION 3.1 MOBO.

I think this is as far as this Mobo will upgrade.
