Answer» Well, my DVD-RW DRIVE died, won't read anything, I hauled off and knocked the living s**t out of the TRAY.. Out of boredom, I'm posting this with three images of the owned drive below. They where taken with a horribly cheap webcam, so forgive the quality. It failed to read Fallout 3 (DVD), The Orange Box (2x DVD's), or my Counter Strike: Source CD's. So, I retired it before it retired one of my discs. I'll remove the drive on the next shut down so its motor doesn't start smoldering from trying to close the derailed tray. Had that happen with a CD burner that I did similar damage too. Incase your wondering, I used a Marks-A-Lot marker to make the front of my case BLACK 'cause I got tired of looking at the primer gray and was BORED out of my skull while Windows XP was installing. |
