Solve : MB & Computer Case Compatibility?

The case I was planning on getting specifies motherboard compatability as being 12" x 9.6" ATX. The MB I am leaning towards is 12" x 8", will these work together?

The basic system I was planning on WOULD encorporate the following:
ANTEC Case;
GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775 MB;
Pentium D 935 Presler 3.2GHz 2 x 2MB L2 (64BIT);
2GB memory;
Microsoft Windows XP Professional X64 SP2B;
SATA HD, two DVD-RW & floppy drive.

Mainly interested in comments on the guts of the system - MB, PROCESSOR, OS.

Can you not check the mounting locations just to be certain?
