My system hangs during POST and displays a blue screen. It restarts from there INSTEAD of loading on to the OS. Is it related to memory mismatch? How do I rectify this issue?

When has the problem first occured?yesterday.what error is DISPLAYED on the blue screen??/<  stop  IRQ etc>have you added any NEW hardware? Quote
