Solve : Memory1_Initialization_Failed STOP 0x00000065?

Hi
I'm getting a BLUE SCREEN on startup after several attempts to INSTALL xp, all is good when booting from cd then when it reboots for the first time off the hd i GET the blue screen with the following:

Memory1_Initialization_Failed

*** STOP: 0x00000065 (0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I've tried new replacement parts as follows:

Motherboard
Memory
Graphics Card

Only thing I can think of now is the memory CONTROLLER on the CPU?
