I am trying to put vertical buttons on shared borders

When I try to put the buttons in a position that I WANT to use it changes and moves back to top of page? Can any one help me out , how do I place buttons in a position that I want on each page of website?

How do i creat a simple box or a circle?
I ask this because when i go to common TAB and go to click the square to draw a square ( surpposically )
it should let me click and hold on the screen and let draw the square but is not letting me do it.
Er...  Dreamweaver is not a graphics package (it's a LAYOUT package) - why are you trying to use it to draw circles or squares?I saw it there but i cant use it
Do you know how to do it?I don't user Dreamweaver these days - I code all of my web pages in plain text.  Yes I am THAT geeky.  So I can't talk about whatever buttons you have seen in Dreamweaver.  But you can create a square somewhere on the page just by USING some CSS, eg:




To achieve a similar effect with a circle, you'd either need to use an image file, or javascript (inefficient).
