My mum has must had broadband enabled - I have gone round to get her up and running and on installing the modem I am getting this error message

I have got a different modem and tried that and it says the same error message. Can anyone help? me to what route I need to GO down to sort this?
The modems are as follows: Trust USB ADSL Modem Sagem [emailprotected] 800
Thanks so much
footballwidowHave you contacted your ISP? They deal with this every day. I have cable modem and it just plugs in - nothing to set or install.Yeah trying to get thru to them on TELEPHONE and it wont even let me in the queue as its so BUSY! I am fuming over it! Has no one seen these before ? 1 Ok when it SAY it cannot load netdi.dll is either the disk that it cannot be loaded from or 2 IT cannot loaded netdi.dll from the system folder
Try this first http://www.dll-files.com/ Find your netdi.dll and extract to the folder where it cannot be loaded from this will fix the error prediction 1
If it does work try GX1_Man idea and tell them to get you a different dics
