Actually i tried this cd rom on ANOTHER computer and it has the same problem. But when i tried other CD ROM it was working on my computer properly. PLEASE if possible, MAKE me notice, what could be the probable internal fault in CD ROM so that i can rectify the problem in my home itself.

I already replied to this in your first post.If it doesn't WORK on two computers it is broken. Replace with a a good one.
