Solve : Moniter issues?

I have this PC which was FINE until my YOUNGER briother changed something on it and now the moniter wont switch on.

When the PC is switched on the moniter flashes on and then instantly changes to standby. I checked all the cables etc. and everything seems fine. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do? The moniter WORKS fine in another PC that i tested it on so i figure it must be something wrong with the PC.

Thanks in advance Can you try another monitor :-?  I might just be a connection or it might mean re-seating the video card..

Good luckOther monitors also DONT work.. i swapped it for one i know definately works (we use it on the other pc)

I believe this is a pretty old PC so it uses ONBOARD graphics so i have no idea how to fiddle with that :S
