Solve : Monitor does not detect signal.?

Answer»

Can you TRY again with the add-on card INSTALLED? If the computer was moved while being unplugged and plugged in it is POSSIBLE that the video card just became loose in the slot.Any bent pins on your monitor cable?...reseat your memory as well.Ill see if that works.tried it with and without the video card on the other monitor with no success. Also tried reseating memory and checked the pins on the cable. How old is the power supply?...It may be on the way out...Can you swap in a known good PSU?dont have an extra. it is 450 watt coolmax that is about 2 years old.any idea what the repeating green-red-red blinking lights mean?Well even though CoolMax is one of the better brands they can still go South...
Borrow and swap one in there just to see although i don't THINK this is the issue.
It will however eliminate that variable...shouldn't be a problem i will probably try to do it tomorrow. I might try SEARCHING some other forums for a little while to see if others have had this problem. No problem...
I'd sure like some honey BBQ chicken right about now though...honey BBQ chicken always sounds good. Yepper...
