I have a problem in my pc....while I am working on it my monitor turn off automatically and my c.p.u on but even Num lock BUTTON in keyboard is also not working....then i have to RESTART my pc by pressing restart button.....It HAPPENING SINCE from 35 days, I am facing trouble with this problem.... and i noticed that my Intel bga chip is over heating....
So please tell me what is the problem and what i have to do!

What are you using to monitor your temps ? ?
DLoad and run SpeedFan...post temps both at idle and under load...
Also post the complete PC specs.
