1.	Solve : Monitor works every second time?
Answer» This is me doing a friend of mine a favor; he has a problem with his computer which he's had since he GOT it. I don't know the exact specs, but what happens is that when he press the power on button the monitor doesn't get a signal. He turns it off and on again, and voila the monitor gets a signal and works fine. If he turns it off and on again, he gets the exact same problem. Does anyone know what might cause this?
