Today I was TWEETED to from someone I KNOW, in broken English.
The tweet contained a shortened url to a spoofed site. I am pretty sure it is used to steal your password. (Don't enter your login)

I heard somebody talking in the background, it sounded like Korean gangsters.
I deleted the link. I tried to find a better link from a government office ...
