Solve : Motherboard won't power on.? |
|
Answer» Greetings, I am using the same power supply that worked just yesterday. Do you mean you're using the same power supply that came you used with your old motherboard? What is the wattage on it? Sounds to me like you're not getting enough power. Check the motherboard documentation to make sure you've connected everything that should be connected power wise. Also, what is the make and model of the old motherboard? (this can usually be found on the motherboard somewhere, if you aren't sure). To add to what Quaxo suggested there were also ISSUES of that combo board arriving DOA as they shipped them in the MBoard packaging AFTER installing the CPU/heatsink combo... Not a bright move on newegg's part. Thanks for the input. I swapped out the power supply and it is working now. Seems that something went bad. I am having trouble now with the graphics. I am getting flickering lines on the screen. Any ideas? Thanks!Vid card or onboard video ? ? |
