Answer» By "working fine" do you mean, you just got to the BIOS with the WIRED-USB keyboard? If, yes, maybe there's a bad connection, somewhere. You previously formatted the HDD, so there is no OS to boot to.no i mean before this all happened. I got everything into the new case and it worked then the keyboard and mouse stopped working. so i looked up some answers ONLINE tried them and the last resort was a format. So i did that and reset the BIOS and im still in the same boat. You didn't mention that before. So you already have a new case and PSU? Maybe you should re-check your buildup first? Why did you move everything to a new case?
Event sequence (you CORRECT it as necessary) 1. WIRELESS USB keyboard & mouse stopped working. 2. Moved everything to new case and new PSU. 3. Wired USB keyboard & mouse stopped working. 4. Format HDD. 5. Reset BIOS 6. Reset BIOS, again.Has an OS been re-installed yet ? ?sounds like a loose connection Quote from: Computer_Commando on September 06, 2009, 02:51:37 PM You didn't mention that before.
