Answer» I have trouble dragging THINGS. For EXAMPLE, when dragging the SCROLLBAR down, it will forget that I am clicking and simply stop. I then have to click it again and continue scrolling. It does this often. I run Windows 98 on a FAIRLY old computer but I have never had this problem before.Perhaps the mouse needs to be REPLACED. Either try cleaning it or install a different mouse to see if the problem persists. |
