Solve : Mouse driver problem? |
|
Answer» I use a laptop, and earlier it was possible to inactivate the touch pad when a mouse was plugged in. But now the touch pad is not inactive when I have a mouse plugged in and that's fatal in games since I accidentally brush up against the touch pad with my left hand from time to time (my touch pad is located to the left from the MIDDLE). Why is this. Sorryif that's a dumb question, I don't do LAPTOPS often. When I attempt to open the mouse options, I get a MESSAGE saying: "Unable to connect to Synaptics Pointing Device Driver", and then it asks me if I want to uninstall the Synaptics driver. That's all I know. And I really don't want to have to PHYSICALLY block the touch pad or use an external keyboard.Have you tried updating or uninstall/reinstall the Synaptics mouse in device manager?Yes. The driver is up to date. |
