Answer» Hi, I have a usb mouse that I use on my laptop. However it was in storage with some of my other things for the last 6 weeks, and now when i connect it to my computer, it doesn't detect it. i have tried restarting and that doesn't work. Does anyone know how to FIX this problem? What operating system? If not 2000 or XP you may need to re-install DRIVERS. I WOULD try another mouse to see if i is your mouse or your computer that has the problem.it's WINDOWS xp...everything i find in the net is about windows 95, but that's not me.Try the suggestion about another mouse.
