so the THING is.... my mouse pointer is working in the background all the time..even if i havnt DONE anything or OPENED any windows....
i tried to check in the mouse properties...and CHANGE that to normal like here:
but still i see the pointer has the circle next to it working....when it shouldnt.....what shall i do for the mouse pointer to be normal again?
THANK again for your helpTry checking your task manager for any CPU spikes or process. Process Explorer is one software that would help you locate the specific background process. Have you tried running this in safemode to check on the difference? thank you i will check those!
