Solve : Moxi DVR - Download Shows to Computer???

I just got a MOTOROLA Moxi DVR, and the GUY said you can DOWNLOAD your shows to a jumpdrive or external HD and put them on your computer to burn.

How? How do you SEND a show from the DVR to the drive? I need a driver or something to read it on the computer. Where do I GET that?

Please help!!
