Please Help Me With that in the frequency and voltage control when ever i increase even 1 MHZ FSB my mother board dont even boots my CPU is P4 HT 3.0GHz

am waiting i do not feel confident enough in my knowledge of CPU overclocking to walk you through it. you may want to look it up on google.If you want to overclock you also need to make sure the computer in question is up for it. If you got a stock CPU cooler installed this will most likely need to be replaced for example. You will also need to make sure you've got good airflow through the case to supply the cooler with cool air.
Also not all motherboards are well suited for overclocking, try googling the motherboard name and see if anyone else have experience with overclocking that board.Apparently Not...I was thinking exactly the same patio...Any suggestions what MIGHT be happened to my PC
Time for a bench test...
Remove all components except for PSU;1 STICK of RAM; vid card; keyboard and MOUSE; and monitor.
Power up and see if it posts.
If so add one component at a time with the power removed each time til you find the culprit.

If it will not Post with the minimum components installed borrow another PSU and try again.
If it still will not Post after that you're overclocking experiment has probably ruined the MBoard and or the CPU...Dear Patio
I have messed with th ram voltages and then this problem was started so i that case motherboard or CPU what your experience say

Yes Patio this is the perfect example by the way tomorrow is sunday and on monday i'll bring my PC from the Mechanics shop and will tell the whole story about my PC that what the problem i did creat with my PC by Overclocking and messing with the RAM Voltages
