Answer» hi guyz, i have problem about my asus laptop A3A , when i turn it on, i heared a wiered SOUND like beeping or clicking, my friend says its my hardisk, i just ignore it for the first time, but later on when i reformat my laptop, at the advance setting in the BIOS it didnt detect my HDD, i thought its not a problem i proced in installing FRESH copy of XP os but sadly at the start up screen it displays a mesage no hardisk found or something like that, press F3 to QUIT set up, does my HDD gone wrong?how can i fix this to let my BIos detect my HDD? ASUS laptop A3A Pentium R 1.6 mhz HItachi 40GB hardisk tnxYou need to replace the hard driveso it means theres nothing wrong with my board?only the hardisk fail?is it posible to fix this kind of HDD problem other than replacing new one?im not familiar with this kind of problem though especialy LAPTOPS, tnx for the info btw
