I wanted to load my new IPod software and when I WENT to FIND my CD DRIVE (Drive D) it wasn't there! My DVD drive (Drive E) wasn't here either. What can be the issue?Are you absolutely CERTAIN that everything is: Connected?
Compatible with your other hardware?
