Solve : my computer freezez at startup?

Answer» my computer freezes at startup. i replaced EVERY thing but the motherboard but it still freezes, im guessing that the motherboard is the problem.. i even tried to INSTALL a fresh copy of WINDOWS xp but it freezes when it is formating..is there any software or anything i could do to fix this?Do you have virus protection?
