assassins CREED is not that demanding of a game, what are your specs?

Everything I've read and heard says this is a PRETTY hefty game for the PC as far as system REQUIREMENTS. Believe PC Gamer was saying they suggested 2GB RAM for XP as well as Vista users.RAM-wise i guess its demanding, but not video card-wise. my buddy is running it at medium graphics and it runs smoothly with x2 8600gt's.
