My CPU maintains a temperature of around 70C which has been average for about three years now and the GPU TEMP also remains stable. I've TRIED underclocking, cutting power, switching power plans, ext and so far nothing has been successful. My specs include: GPU=Geforce GTX 1050ti (Notebook edition); CPU=i5-7300HQ 2.50Ghz; Memory=16GB DDR4; PSU=Standard Edition. My laptop model is also Dell's Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming (STEP Up Build) and all I have spent the money on upgrading is the Memory.
