Your problem could be caused by dis or dat or a combination of dis and dat but for us to be able to do anything for you, you will have to tell us what kind of computer we're TRYING to look at. Is dat computer a laptop or desktop and what's the name of the manufacturer and model number? Have you recently installed new hardware of any kind? What type of hard disk are you using? Why has it become necessary for you to reinstall XP? RSVP
