1.	Solve : my hp ze5468cl laptop reads DVDs but not CDs?

See below.I've seen things like that happen when some FILES were corrupted from installing / removing certain software, etc... Could be that the drive is damaged. No way to really know if the drive is working properly without reinstalling Windows and seeing if it works then. Does it not read data CDs?... or is this just a problem playing audio CDs? If it's just audio, you may just need to set up a media player.
