Solve : My laptop is down?

I forgot to turn off my TwinHead before I slept last night, and
when I woke up I saw the screen saver was running.
Then something strange happened when I tried to return
to the desktop by PRESSING the ESC key:
the screen saver didn't stop but continued to run.

I also tried moving the MOUSE, but of no luck either.

So, I CHOSE to turn off its POWER manually, and rebooted it.
But the laptop then stopped at the XP progessing bar.

Please kindly help!What is the brand name and model of the laptop?
What do you mean by stopped? Is it restarting at the XP load screen?
