Answer» You are not complaining so don't feel sorry. We are all here to learn, understand and TRY to help. :)I understand your situation and it happens. OK. Going to your "NEW" power adapter, The old power adapter seems to produce the same results. Which only means that acquiring a new power adapter is not the ISSUE. The only way of MAKING a complete diagnose(w/c the tech guy just had)of your laptop is externally going internally, checking all possible/critical parts. Which obviously he did not and should have tested it as a positive result. Did you pay-out of the guy who check your computer? |
