Thank you.Your usb drivers are on the MOTHERBOARD disc. well how do i fix it?What operating system? If Windows, are you familiar with device manager? You can check to see if there are any problems with the USB devices, there.it's windows. but i dont know how to use the device manager. i'm not very familiar with this stuff. can you be more descriptive please.Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager...
Any YELLOW !'s or ?'s ....? ?Thanks, Patio -- my DIRECTIONS should've been more SPECIFIC! I dont' see any ?'s or !'s.
Do you see a section in Device Manager which shows USB (Universal Serial Bus Controller)?yes I see it. What do i do with it?Right click ALL instances of both roots and hubs and select Remove....you will recieve a Warning message...ignore it. Upon re-boot Windows will automatically re-install them. Do this with as few USB devices hooked up as possible.i did that just now, and it still didn't recognize anything.did you reboot?yes i rebooted. but nothing changed.
