My Monitor is TURNING white?? i really don't know which one has the problem.the monitor or my video card.considering that my video card is newly replace just a month ago. and i never used my pc for quite some time.i just upgraded my cpu for me to be able to use this desktop unit again. we bought this monitor on 2002. and we only used this for typing only so we only used this for only an hour or 2.but this time we have our own internet connection.and online games are in now.i'm using this unit now for almost 5hrs straight.this problem occurs just LAST week.but the monitor was just blinking and BLACK lines just pops out for a sec. but now my monitor is turning white with slanted lines.and when i tap my monitor it turns back to normal. i just want to inquire this problem to you.i know that it's obvious that greater PERCENTAGE that my monitor is the problem.but i just want to avail my 2months warranty of my video card if i might be wrong? i wanted to try my on board VCARD to determine if its the video card.but when i slot in my monitor to the on board vcard.it has no display?  Try monitor on another computer.its hardware issue,, if you have experience in electronic open your monitor then try to adjust the screen on the flyback,,, but pls,,, becarefull it has a high voltage..Do what Broni said to do first.
