hello guys PLS if you can help me here.
i have notice since i install the hp all in one software my pc slows on start-up.
i do disc clean-up check the errors, defrag, delete the start-up programs on start-up folder but unfortunately it didnt work.
i run msconfig but i cant change the services, it says " access denied you cant change services you have to LOG-on as ADMINISTRATOR" im so CONFUSE with this since im logged as administrator.
lastly i tried regedit to locate this pml driver hpz12 but it didnt work at all.
my last resort will be the reformatting but before this ill also need your advice what may be the best.
im running xp sp2 home edition.

- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")
