Hello, again. My printer doesnt work. When I try to print something out, internet explorer SHUTS down the program. Now I can print documents that I type (Mircosoft Word, PROCESSOR) but I cant print any documents from the Internet. I have a Lexmark 3500-4500 Series printer. I bought it when I bought my COMPUTER back in Nov. 2007. Now, some of you may know, I had a major problem with my computer and I did an eRecovery which wiped out everything until I got it back which is for another topic. My point is I cant print any documents. Please help!!!You need to check and see if Lexmark printer is set as the DEFAULT printer.
In the Internet Explorer,  click om the print icon and a drop down menu will appear, click on print preview. Then select the correct printer and it shroud print.
