Answer» ???hi i'm USING a canon i350 printer, i have just PUT in new ink catridges and STILL it refuses to print. there are no error messages instead just yellow spots all over the page. thank you for your assistance. jappie Try printing a print test sheet. If you still see the spots on the paper, it probably means your CARTRIDGES are either not the right one or aren't placed CORRECTLY. Does your printer require you to "tell it" your replacing the ink cartridges? Hope it helps.Try and see if it will align the cartridges...
