hi my computer screen has gone all funny and i cant seam to fix it

Yeah, I see the problem. You've got all those people in the middle of the screen

1) Boot to safe mode - same problem?
2) Try a different display.
3) If you have a different video card available try that.Ok it didn't do it in safe mode but I tryed everything else including a diffrent graphics card but that screwed the computer up compleatly so I had to reinstal windows no nothing will install no settings will save and I can't get an anti virus software so I can't use the INTERNET
1) If it didn't do it in safe mode you should have posted back at that point and TOLD us so we could have helped you solve the problem.
2) Installing a new graphics card caused you to have to reinstall Windows?
