Answer» Hey guys,
I need to call on you for another issue. This one is a bit random butit's causing some problems.
My office computer screen no longer works. We've switched screens out but got nothing.
I'm not sure entirely what happened, but a computer "TECHNICIAN" came in and messed with some things that resulted in the issue
He obviously KNEW he did something wrong, or was completely incompetent b/c now he won't answer our calls.
My first guess is he accidentally erased a driver for our video card. My first issue is how can I go about INSTALLATION W/o my screen.
My second is, what other possible issues could be messing w/ the connection between vidcard and screen.See, if your monitor works in Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, Windows loads generic video driver, regardless of video card installed. If it works OK in Safe Mode, then, most likely, you have video driver problem. You can download new one from your computer maker web site (or, if it's dedicated video card, from video card manufacturer web site).how do I boot in safe mode? When computer starts, keep tapping F8 key until MENU appears.

Did he open the computer's case?
