130 GB Harddrive  (Harddrive is formatted (out of old system))

(4) LED fans

Motherboard is supposed to have a speaker onboard/ However I powered the board up bare and all fans came on but no beep--- INSTALLED floppy -(no led light) - Installed harddrive (I can hear it turn when I power up)- Installed CD (no LED/ nor will DOOR open when powered up).  Installed video & sound card - Hooked up to monitor and speakers (nothing).

I have power switch on back of tower to power supply--- I have not found the power switch from the front of the tower.

I'm stumped..Can anyone help???

This would indicate to me that you have built the computer yourself, but not done the wiring correctly:

Before you continue, be absolutely certain that all connectors are firmly seated and connected to right receivers. You may wish to review the mainboard manual if necessary. I strongly advise that you do.

If this concerns a new computer which is still under warranty, look no further and return it to the point of sale.Little grey casing that CONTAINS two wires is adrift......
