Answer» I have an old Compaq Presario WINME PC that still works well. But some conflicting driver SOFTWARE must have caused a system bug that confuses the CD/DVD drive letters so that I can't burn a CD using Easy CD Creator or play a DVD in WinDVD. They SHOW up as working in the Device MANAGER and respond ok in My Computer. But when I try anything other than installing software the wrong trays open. I have resorted to all the quick fixes and they don't work. So I need an expert.
