Answer» Hi I have a MS-6566E motherboard chipset i845E and is looking for a great graphics card compatible for it as i current have got Radion 9600 series with 3Gig RAM. Windows VistaTo be honest, there's no point for a NUMBER of reasons. That motherboard will only support a 478 socket Pentium 4 PROCESSOR and AGP 4X graphics, limiting how much you're really going to get out of that system anymore with a P4 processor and being limited to P4 and AGP graphics. Newegg.com has a number of AGP 4X graphic cards still available (31 to be exact). A lot of those are going to be inferior to what you have (the 9600 was a good card back in the day) and I don't think the rest will give you much of an improvement, if any, on a P4 system running Vista. Anyway, most of those cards in that link should be compatible as long as they're 1.5v cards (all that board supports). Honestly, I think you'd be wasting your money and my advice would be to save up for a new system if you're looking for improvement THOUGH.
