So when I try to turn it back on, my hard drive makes this repetitive clicking noise and i hear something as if it's shutting down (or a noise similar to that). And my computer screen reads "Disk Boot Failure. Insert systm disk and try again" I'm USING a built computer (my brother built it), and it was running on (before I had the problem) VISTA, 1 GIG of ram, and 160 gig hard drive from western digital. Best bet for retrieving anything is to hook it up as a slave drive in another working machine and try and copy the data to another drive.
