Answer» my emachine t1100 can not startup . when i put the power BUTTON , computer start , hard drive working ,the cpu fan working too that is all the key board , mouse not funtion and the monitor is black event i have tried to took the battery off , clear cmos ... i need help ... pleaseIf the computer is not starting up and POSTing, I would CHECK the RAM. If possible, change it with known working, matching RAM if possible and SEE if this helps. If you have more than ONE stick of RAM try one stick at a time first though as this could help figure out if it is indeed the RAM or one stick of the RAM etc.
