Answer» I am TRYING to install a cf card reader but my computer won't detect any plug and play devices. I have enabled plug and play in BIOS set up but it still won't work. I have tried installing the driver for the card reader but it still won't work. The card reader works because I plugged it into another USB port on another computer and it functioned fine. Any ideas what could be wrong?What version of Windows?windows 98 This is an older computer How many usd devices have you got!You will have to install the drivers first. The DEVICE may be DETECTED, but not properly configured. Windows 98 is not as versatile as Windows XP.
