Answer» hey guys..i know i havn't been on pretty much since i joined...ive had so much goin on with work and life in general.. anyway im GOING through a rough TIME with my mum atm and i WOKE up bout 3am needin to write this.. i just want your opinion on what you think of it..what you think its about and any other coments.. its not ment to be shakespear. it kind of just poured out of me... thanks... Don’t Worry She’s in a world of her own. Familiar faces seem to smile at her. They whisper bewildering words that Float away with each breath she Struggles to take. But these people are just a dream to her; just a vision of what should be. They dance around her. A dance that She once knew. These faces laugh at her. Mock her. Tease her. They show her what she hasn’t got. Over and over they hurl bitter, lonely bullets into her once steady beating heart. But now her heart beats to a different rhythm. One, she thought, it would never. It beats the rhythm of Solitude, one slow beat after another. She watches the world grow, along With the people she used to know. People she once thought complete her, made her, now just a distant memory. She yearns to be in their world. She craves it. Her THOUGHTS echo in her empty room. She’s in a world of her own. But please don’t bother your happy self. I’m sure she’ll be ok. Thats bloody good, get a copyright before someone nicks it.That's really deep!!! C'mon, David, what you write may be valid, but that's not the point of the thread. It's a good poem about someone who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease or other form of dementia. Leki, I think it should be given to your mum. I'm sorry you have to deal with this. My mom is approaching 70, and I'm thankful for how well she's doing in all ways.thankyou aegis..but thats not quite what it was about...although that interpritation was wonderful...i try to write my words so everyone can relate it in their own way...its amazing what people find in peoms.. its the first one i've written in quite a while so its a little rough.. and thanks to u too david(i think) i guess thats a compliment...lol although if you do BECOME famous i would like atleast 99% of the profits... hehehe xI wanna see more of you workreally??? wow. ok well il post a couple on tomorrow..its only 4pm here but im still at work.. x
