running windows vista home premium (6.0, buid 6.001) (64-bit) on a hp pavilion dv9700 notebook
Internet has recently stopped connecting. It works on a desktop which is connected to the same router. I TRIED switching the cords.
after the error there are 2 suggestions: 1. network adapter is experiencing driver or HARDWARE related issues 2. MAKE sure your internet protocol bindings are correct
maybe i NEED to reinstall the drivers? dunno what other info would be needed?
nvm. fixed it. it was avg. had to reinstall, use a removal tool, and uninstall. with restarts b/w each
