Solve : Network card problem? |

Answer» All of a sudden, one day my son's computer stopped connecting to the internet. I checked the Device Manager and the NETWORK card is listed under "Unknown"- with an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle. It says windows can't load the driver (Code 31). I've DELETED and reinstalled the device and Windows will say it was successfully installed, but it really isn't. The driver is up to date. I uninstalled Norton Ghost. My son claims he didn't download ANYTHING. Any help would be much APPRECIATED. |
